Tournament information

Remember that this year, the Lloret COSTA BRAVA ’08 has a maxium of 13 players for team & minium of 10 with 4 girls in each team during the three days of the tournament.

However, if there is any team that do not come with all the 13 players, the free places will be given to those teams who asked first for more places in the roster. So, there will be a waiting list for free places.

For Example:

Team “A” comes with 11 players. Team “B” comes with 13 players but wants to come with 2 more players. So Team “B” says it in the roster and is one of the first teams to do that. Team “B” will get the 2 more places, so it will be able to come with 15 players.

•  125€ Team Fee deadline: Friday, Desember 28st.
•  100€ Player Fee & Guest Fee deadline: Friday, February 8st. (All the players fees have to be paid  (minimum 10, maximum 13) If a team pays less than 13 players fee, automatically the free places will be for the teams in the waiting list: For example if Team “B” pays for 11 players, automatically the 2 spots that it does not use go to the waiting list. All bank transfer commissions will be in charge of the registered teams.
•  Roster deadline: Friday, February 8st. Just in case, you must include extra players in roster. And remember, there must be 4 girls for all 3 competition days.
•  All the bank transfers commissions will be in charge of the registered teams.

    If in your team are players under 18 years old, they have to come under the responsability of an adult.
